Junction 5 Residence contains two type of design, service apartment (Block 1) and apartment building (Block A and B) which is located in the heart of the city at Bintulu.

 

Service apartment is designed with single-loaded enclosed corridor in order for every unit to have good ventilation and enough sunlight throughout the day. Residents can enjoy the utmost privacy in a peaceful atmosphere as there will be no unit across the corridor and only a maximum of 10 units on each floor. Apartment building is designed with double-loaded corridor with voids along the corridor to provide airflow inside the light well, and thus indoor adjoining spaces.
