Serian Lake Redevelopment

Located in Serian , the gateway town that connects Kuching to other parts of Sarawak, Serian Danu Lake is a mixed development project that aims to revitalize and redevelop the site by integrating diverse programs to promote tourism and pursue a higher socio-economical value of Serian.

The programs include 193 serviced apartment units with 2-storey lakeside outlets, 3-storey commercial pavilion, 64 commercial kiosks, 84 lakeside townhouse units and a 3.4 acres water theme park. This holistic project caters to people from all walks of life while carrying out various activities by the Serian lake ; further enhance the socio-economical value of Serian through the  emergence of job opportunities and economic activities , nonetheless, putting Serian on the map as a new travel destination.
