Located in a matured neighbourhood, the Courtyard House is an interior design fit-out and façade design renewal project completed in the year 2023.

 

The new façade was designed in response with the climatic orientation while providing a significant outlook with privacy from its surroundings. To improve the usability of the courtyard, a new skylight was added follows with an extended outdoor living area. The outdoor living was sheltered with a double storey pivots screens, making it a secure and exclusive space to unwind.

 

Furniture for the indoor and outdoor area was hand picked to suit client’s taste, from lightings, paintings to landscaping, all aim to enhance the house’s sophistication value as a whole.

 

With utmost attention to detail, the Courtyard House has become a house with sleek appearance and reformed living experience.
