House at Ensing Garden

Located on an approximately 1471sqm land at Jalan Ensing Timur with north south facing; This house is designed to suits 3 generations families catering large family gathering and functions. Public and private zones are separated into different floors within the two stories spaces inside. Open plan living spaces, kitchens and utility are located on the ground floor while private rooms and home office are located above.

 

Deep overhang roof and cantilever concrete ledges with timber sunscreens were implemented into the facade design to provide privacy and shade from the sun and rain, nevertheless creating a clean and modern outlook, attractive yet pragmatic.The design scheme embraces outdoor and tropical living; sliding doors for easy access to outdoor spaces aid in improving the natural ventilations of the house as well.
