Located in inner city of Kuching city. The house comes with formal entrance apporach. With L-shape plan layout, it  helps to segregate the formal and informal living spaces and yet merges seamlessly awell with external outdoor garden and pool.

The house’s external features are constructed from contemporary methods and rich texture blend of materials. Fixed wooden battens also introduced as external curtain to control privacy and visibility.

The upper floor is occupied mainly by bedrooms and ground floor is a space for sharing: a dining  and kitchen area is connect to the living room that can receive guests in various occasions to the front corner, according to the desire to see the extreme privacy and sharing blended in this area.
