Located at Kasuma Resort, the house is built adjacent to a vast and green golf course with blue sky as its backdrop. To have the house sit on the parallel line of the golf course, the house is elevated from the street level, induces a connection with the golf course behind.

With its 4.5 m high floor to floor height at both floors, the house stands imposingly with its minimalist clean form and large overhang that aid in shading and reducing glare. Living dwelling spaces orientate towards the golf course and surrounding landscape with an internal skylight courtyard that brings in sunlight and natural ventilation.
