Set along the tranquil coastline of Sematan, Roxy Sematan Resort conceived of a hotel and serviced apartments, both designed to capture the natural beauty of the South China Sea.

 

The resort features three blocks of seven-storey serviced apartment with 186 units, designed to embrace natural surroundings with green corridors and open balconies overlooking the South China Sea. The landscape design strikes a balance between softscape and hardscape, weaving lush tropical greenery throughout pathways, terraces, and communal spaces.

 

Adjacent to the apartments, a three-storey hotel offers 70 rooms, a rooftop bar, and a banquet hall for up to 1,000 guests. At the heart of the resort, a 50-meter lap pool, children’s pool, and pavilion bar sit amidst landscaped gardens, creating an inviting social hub.
