Located next to the Roxy Townhouse, this three-storey Clubhouse consists of 24 hotel rooms on first and second floors, where the ground floor serves all common facilities. A triple volume ceiling height at the main lobby gives a sense of welcoming to guests upon their arrival, with an open feature staircase leading them to their room. There are two types of hotel room layouts. Each unit is attached with a balcony looking towards the beach across Jalan Seacom. Aluminium sliding lattice screen is provided in every room to provide shades. 

 

The three-storey Sematan Roxy Clubhouse acts as an auxiliary building to its adjacent townhouses. The ground floor houses all public and common facilities, with its drop-off and lobby areas facing the townhouses. Boasting of a triple volume ceiling height, its main lobby renders a generous welcome to visitors upon their arrival. An open staircase leads guests to their hotel rooms on first and second floors. A total of 24 hotel rooms with balcony are designed with a view to the beachfront, which is just about 150 metres away. Likewise the pool facilities orientate towards the beach, establishing a connection to the seaside.
