La Promenade is an auxiliary to the rest of the development, serving to promote a safe and enjoyable community living among residents. Acting as a social hub, the Clubhouse is distinct with its off-form walls and gable-shaped concrete roof. The ground floor is equipped with a multipurpose room and a swimming pool with the gym on the upper floor.
The building’s tectonic language follows a minimalist approach, consistent with the design direction of Precinct Grande’s Designer Bungalow homes. The material palette is kept simple and honest: off-form concrete, steel and glass with a striking red stairwell as its prominent feature, paired with skylight above, allowing natural light within. Tall windows at both side also allows natural ventilation throughout.
With its expressive outlook and recreational functions, the Grande Clubhouse stands to serve the La Promenade community at the heart of the development.
