La Promenade Precinct Grande Clubhouse and Guardhouse

The Clubhouse and Guardhouse of Precinct Grande, La Promenade is an auxiliary to the rest of the development, serving to promote a safe and enjoyable community living among residents. Acting as a social hub, the Clubhouse is distinct with its off-form walls and gable-shaped concrete roof. Meanwhile with an extensive overhang roof spreading like a wing, the Guardhouse is the security cum entry point that welcomes visitors in to Precinct Grande.
